I have a system running 2K3 Server and when I made the partition for the system it said everything was fine. I did the install and when I went to make the rest of the unallocated space more partitions, I found that my primary system partition was reading that it only had 4 gigs of space but I partitioned it for 20 gigs. In Disk Management, the drive reads a 20 gig drive and under properties for the drive it says only 4 gigs......Does anyone ever remember this happening anywhere, and does anyone have any solutions and or fixes? Brand new Dell Rack Server with 2 146 gig SATA drives a raid 1 mirror. Please let me know as i cant get this going without help. Thanks, Jason.

P.S. I have re-installed and it does the same thing.....

Yes I am using the Dell Media. After the 5th install the right partition size has finally showed up.....Thanks for all the support and please feel free to reply even though it is resolved since the ideas might affect the next install. Always installing, always working...

Regards,

Jason
