wrong extension ringing

Firstly, I so appreciate this site and all the brainy people's help; thank you

Callers to us are offered options 1-2-3-4-5. Option 4 is going to the wrong extension.

Where in the ccr tree to I correct this and how please?

Hi curlycord ,

I keep making the change from ext 30 to 21 but it appears not to save the changes.

Older software you need to disable the tree to make changes:
AA/Table/1/Next or Ok untill you see CCR (press 1 to enable or Disbale to disable)

Also when in your path remember to press Save and End, then go and enable the tree.
