We are using Netbackup 6.0 MP3 on a HP 11.11 master server. When backing up one from one of our vertual servers we received this message on one of the files: WRN - can't open file: N:\file name.zip(WIN32 5: Access is denied. ).
Can anyone shed some light on what is happening here? We should be able to access all files and folders for the purpose of backups.

i don't suppose that the file is password protected is it?

Cheers

It is possible, however according to our Server Manager we have full rights to backup anything with no restrictions.
