Hi all,

This might be the easiest question on this forum this week but I am having problems and its driving me nuts. I am pulling some data from a database and writing it to text fields in a form so I can change values and save them.

The problem that I am having is that if there are any spaces in the value only the part up to the space is displayed and nothing else.

Any help would be appreciated

You must make sure the value attribute has quotes around it.
e.g.

<input type=text name="name" value="stuff here ok">

Dont worry,
I only just realised recently when testing a page. I dont know how many of my other pages have got this bug in it.

Ive started to put quotes arond everything now because this conforms to XHTML standards.
