Hi Guys;

Is there anybody knows to how we can configure wrap-up position for every call is finished? I think it is in COS functions, and how should I configure COS parameters ? It is working different for inside(agent to agent, and transfers) calls and inbound calls. Which parameters should be y, n, or c.

Regards

Unless I'm mistaken, there's no specific way to force wrap after an internal call. About the only thing you can do is trick the system into counting the call as inbound by routing internal calls through a cct and outside trunk.

Thanks for your help Moebius01.

This is the very short and helpful answer which finishes my dreams :)

Yup, if it doesn't come through an ACD DNIS the system will not use wrap.

Build one or two large CCT's with if statements based on agent_id's & agent extensions. It would be quite large and quite annoying to maintain dependant on the amount of agents you have.
