Hi Sesames, next time please begin by looking up the keywords in 'Help', or notig that you treid that without success. Here's what I found on when I keyed in 'word wrap':
===========
"Increase the height of rows and wrap text in them
If you have text in multiple fields that is too long to display all at once, you can increase the height of rows which will cause the text to wrap so that all of it is visible.
To increase the height of a row in your project, click the leftmost column heading (the Task ID field).
To increase the height of multiple rows, hold down CTRL and then select the rows you want.
Drag the bottom margin of the row heading (the leftmost cell of the row).
As you increase the height of the row, it will make room for your text to wrap.
Tip To increase the height of all rows in your project, click the SelectAll button, and then drag the bottom margin of any row heading.

That is good advise and it works while creating the form. Printing it is another story. The space creted is there, but the text bleeds off the allocated width and does not word-wrap like it did while creating it.
This is a consistent problem in every cell where text lenth exceeds cell column width EVEN if the row height had been increased.
