WPWIN7 caused an invalid page fault in module WPWIN7.exe

I can't open wordperfect 7.0 which I have been using for years and years on this same computer. When I open the program and I get a box says that this program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. WHen I check the details for the problem it says:

I have deleted WP and reinstalled it 3 times and I still get the same problem. I haven't installed anything new or downloaded any programs. I am running WP7 version 7.0.1.0.

You uninstalled the program before reinstalling didn't you? You didn't just DELETE the program or all its files? I've done that before and it's caused boot problems...

Rename your default template and then start wp. It may be named something like wp7us.wpt.
