WP10 printerserver100 errors

All of a sudden, with no changes in my computer, I can't seem to print in either WordPerfect 10 or 11 without getting printserver errors. I put the .exe file in my start-up and that didn't help -- just brought on other errors. I'm using an HP 7110 printer. I'm not sure what to describe other than this but will answer anyone's questions. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I don't know how! Thank you in advance!
 
Have you applied all the service packs? If you have not applied all the service packs etc then I suggest you look at the following link and download them. Perhaps you had the release that included some or all of these packs, but check it out anyway and apply any you have not already.



If you are up to date, then I would try the following:
1. Remove the printserver100.exe from startup and check DAD10, if it is not there, then add it to DAD10 instead of startup.
2. Uninstall the printer and its software and drivers (especially if it is shared on a network). Reboot and re-install them all.

In the past I tried this and it is almost like a clean start, it may work for you too.

Removing the printer, software and drivers and reinstalling seemed to have done the trick. I had installed over it previously. Thanks for your help! This was driving me crazy.
