workstations not connecting to the vpn through isa server 1

I am very new to the ISA server. I setedup a vpn connection
I can see and ping the other server, but my workstations cannot see or ping the vpn. (I can ping from the workstations everywhere else)
any ideas?

There are some VPN concentrator which not accept pings

Thanks but that was not the case, I finally got it fixed, what was happening is that for some reason my account got deleted on the other side of the VPN and the connection, also the connection name has to be the same as the account where you are sigining on.

I tried to pass a VPN connection through ISA, but I could not it, so Would you mind tell me how did you set up?
