workstation lockups

Have a SCO open server 5 with 5 pc workstations, 3 or 4 times a day the workstations will lockup with their connection to the server, The server its self does not lockup but i have to reboot the server to get the workstations to reconnect to the server any Ideas!

Not that I know for sure but last time I saw something like this the printer had a conflicting IP address which when the printer was in power save had no problems but when the printer was active the problems occurred. I'd look further but its a possibility
