Workplace puts the extension in DND in some circumstances

Hello All

Little bug with Workplace, basically if DND is on when Workplace disconnects then it might turn DND back on when started.
Tried it on R11.0.4.1

Test:
[ul]
[li]phone logged in, Workplace logged in[/li]
[/ul]
[ul]
[li]put the user in DND from the Workplace App - this doesn't fail if you hit DND from the phone[/li]
[/ul]
[ul]
[li]close the Workplace App - makes no difference if you log out or just close it[/li]
[/ul]
[ul]
[li]Turn DND off on the phone[/li]
[/ul]
[ul]
[li]log back into Workplace - bingo you are automatically back in DND on the phone and the app[/li]
[/ul]

So just in case you have customers that tell you that they go into DND all by themselves it might be their Workplace app
