Workplace Client with ASBCE

I have an IPO with a new ASBCE R10 that is having an issue. We have a user that has an Android R8.0 phone that has a certificate issue. iPhone and Windows laptops do not have an issue. When we try to use the web address to load the config of the client it gives us a certificate issue. Not sure where to look at this point. We are using a 3rd party cert for this.

Perhaps the lifetime is too long or it’s not in the Android Phone Certificate store

Shouldn't it auto load from the xxsettings.txt file like with the iPhone?

The initial settingsfile download needs the phone to trust the cert if https. All the later stuff uses the downloaded WebRootCA.pem. You should check if it is the correct one or if you have to replace it.
