I have a client that wants the receptionists to see the users busy when they put a caller on hold. This works for the desk phones but not for Workplace clients. When they are on the call with Workplace, they see them as busy but as soon as they put them on hold it appears as if they are free to accept other calls. I have busy on hold enabled for the users, but it does nothing for Workplace.
