I am having an issue with the Workplace app on cell phones with no audio when using the cell service. The call will connect, there just isn't any audio. If the cell phone is connected to a Wifi on a home or office network, there is audio. This is an IP500 on Release 11.1 SP1. There is no SBC. I ran a capture on firewall and I am not receiving any RTP traffic to the firewall. Currently using port 5061. I did see a post on here to try a different SIP port, which I did try to use 5071 and had the same issue. Very Strange. Any ideas?

When you test this are you using multiple cell phones or just the one? If using multiple phones are they the same service provider or different? I know I have seen on here that certain providers can block certain ports for example.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I have tested this on different providers. The Workplace on a cell using the cell service works on our lab which is a Primary Server, but not on the customers IP500. Both units are on the same version of IPO.
