Working on upgrading a ipo 406 v1 2.0.16

I am trying to upgrade a ipo 406 v1 2.0.16. WHen I try to go to 2.1.78 it is failing to upgrade the 406. Is there another version in between 2.0.16 and 2.1.78 ? I have tried to go to 3.0.58 and same issue.

I am running 6.2.14 software on my laptop. When i go to open the config it says unsupported and ipo 406 is grayed out. DO i have to run a different version of manager ?

Yes you do ideally, you can use bin files and direct the working directory to the bin folder but it's best to use the Manager associated with 2.1.78 (4.1.78) to do the upgrade

Used earlier version of manager 1.4 and got it to upgrade.

That's an odd way to upgrade a system, with firmware that low you really want to manage it with the correct Manager version for that release, it will save you trouble later on
