I am a new technical user in Access. There is a report that I was asked to modify of course being new in this area, i can not access the back end of the report to view for example the tables and queries and so fort. All I am seeing is the Switchboard. Is there anything I can do about it so as to see what I would like to see?

Thank you

Susanne46,

i have the same particular form which thanks to you I have now been able to see and play around with... however, i do not want to work on the current form or tables and quesries as i do not want to mess it up, so to speak, what i want to do is copy it to another area and work on it their until i have reached the desired results. How do I do that. Also, i have noted in the past that sometimes people are able to email you copies of a database and such like, how is that done.

Thank you for you help
