I have a report with a date parameter field. In my report i count day telephon calls from my agents. at the last group footer i have a sum of the calls from each agents.

now i want to divide the calls through the amount of working days (monday-friday) from each agent. i think i need a formular for that.

any idea?

ah cool, thx but what should how can i extrac the start and end date from a parameter field?

If the parameter is a range field:

the start date would be: minimum({?dateRangeParameter})
the end date would be: maximum({?dateRangeParameter})

Is that what you are asking?
