Workgroups with Outlook

I have noticed that when sending TeamAssign messages to an outlook client, MS Project 2000 only sends the lowest level of tasks to outlook. The Outline tasks are not sent. Does anyone out there know how to get the Outline(Summary) tasks sent as well?

This happens when you have not assigned the summary tasks to anyone.If you wish let anyone know about a summary task, you have to assign the task the resource & then send team assign.( But if you do not comment it as 'summary task', the user can understand it looking at the 0days assigned to it.

If you assign resources to Summary/Outline tasks as well as the tasks below the Outline tasks, you can't use Resource levelling as there is always be a conflict.

Leveling problems with recurring tasks in MS-project 2000.

I have made several projects with only recurring tasks (maintenance planning). My resources show an overallocation in different periods. I am certain the plan does not exceed the project duration and that it is possible to delay tasks. My available resources are sufficient (about 200% over capacity)

On the command "level resource" the calculation starts however no results are shown. Also I do not receive the message that overallocations could not be solved.

What can I do?, Joost
