Workflow Status View

I applied a Status View form to a workflow and it works great, but only seems to be accessible on a going forward basis. Is there any way we can access this view for archived workflows?

If not, know of any hacks or url syntax I could use to make this work?

I opened a ticket with OT and their response was that it can be done but you must "hack the database and manually update the workflow tables for all of the archived workflows".


Does anyone know exactly what must be changed for my WF Custom Status View to be available on archived WF's?

if at all I would do this in oscript.I am frankly stunned that OT support said you could manipulate the database,I am sure they said their disclaimer as well did they ?
If I were you and this is a serious requirement I would ask Donna at Wisteria IT whether she can spend someone or her time on this,otherwise Jeff Lang global cents,these two among others posess almost very intimate knowledge of oscript and in particular workflows.We could help you get started in oscript but the workflow code is one of the most difficult things for a starter.There are a lot of assumptions and an intimate knowledge of workflow tables involved.In livelink workflows almost everybody is satisfied with point forward,why adding this to archived workflows is a huge benefit for you because the archived workflow info can be reported very easily using sqlqueries

You're stunned that support mentioned I could manipulate the database? Sure they mentioned it's not supported, but if I get the right person often times they assist in manual database updates. I just hate how they have the answer and won't fully disclose the solution I'm looking for. Rather, they push Global Services on me at a cost, which I'm not interested in.

I've already completed a WebReport on this data, but in the WebReport we provide a link to the status view, which is useless on these historic WF's.

I'll reach out to other channels. Figure this wouldn't be the first request of this kind.
