Workbook.protect error publishing to webpage

Hi Running excel 2002 with SP1 and IE 6.
I'm gettting an error when I try to publish a spreadsheet as a web page using the "add interactivity" function.
Error is:
"Workbook.Protect has the same parameter list as Microsoft Excel, but cannot support the following non-default parameter value(s):
Windows = TRUE; must be omitted or equal to FALSE."

I don't have protection on my spreadsheet (not that I know of anyhow). Have tried publishing all the different ways I can.

Anyone know what this means or what I should be looking for?
