I'm having trouble finishing off a word find interface.

Here's where I am so far, I've only made the head plus the word DAY interactive.



The problem is I don't know how to finish the interface, meaning, after the user has found the word DAY he can continue with the other words (e.g. BLACK, DARK etc.). also when all the words have been completed the man moves to the center of the movie and says "Well Done!".

If somebody could help me on this I'd be most grateful, since the company I work for needs this by Monday!!! Ahhhhh

Create a scene for each word and switch between those scenes - meaning if you found the first word switch to the next scene (which you created by duplication of the first one and then changing the event behaviours of the letter buttons). You could also do some action scripting to compare the so far selected word with all the words in the list - but that gets pretty complicated.
I'd give the user a hint on which word he's currently up to complete, as otherwise he'll probably try to complete another word and does not find out why this does not work...

I saw your website, I love the wizard flying when you roll over "personal"!!

I posted a message to the tek-tips forum a while back asking about a word interface and you sent one back to me telling me what to do. The thing is, I'm totally jammed because I don't know hardly anything about action script (except, gotoAndPlay (1);), and my teacher asked me to do this by Monday but I had to delay him!! I've been posting non stop messages to the forums for help but everybody doesn't reply!!

My question is, if you get the time, could you make a small example in Flash for me with the word comparsion thing, since I showed the teacher the "one word by one" method and he told me I needed to do a random word search interface!! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!

I sorry to ask you this, but your my last hope!!!
