Words 2000 Page Border at bottom missing while printing.....

Hi all

When I print a word document the bottom border dosent come up

I tried with setting margins and also page size but still it is missing.

What can be the reason and how to rectify.

Hi,
This happens on my printer too. Mine is an HP and although I called their HelpDesk and they fiddled with certain settings, I've never been able to fix it. So I created a similar looking border and, when I want to use it, I place it in my footer area and widen up the footer to accommodate any text that I want to also use.

Hi shilpag2,

This can be a real pain. When a page border is set to be measured from the edge of the page (under Format > Borders and Shading > Page Border > Options) you can't set a big enough margin for many inkjet printers. If you change it to 'from text' and adjust your margins you should be able to have it print. It might take a bit of trial and error though.
