Wordperfect12 file-open box looks like MSWord

I have Wordperfect12 installed on my machine. When I go to file-open, the dialog box looks like the box in MS Word. I want the wordperfect box that has buttons for me to copy, etc. in that box. Any clue?

Click Tools, Workspace Manager and select WordPerfect Mode.
