Hi all,

enough banging my head off the wall on this one...

I have a word doc with email addresses in it. I create a pdf and it keeps these addresses as links to be clicked on. However- if the address has a "." or a "_" in it, anything before the "." or "_" is ignored. For example, the address "shoot_me@now.com" from the word doc would mail to "me@now.com" in the pdf.

Any ideas?
Thanks
-Alan

I used pdfmaker to create a pdf with email addresses as you described and it worked fine. However, if I printed it to pdf using the Adobe PDF print driver it worked the way you describe. If you have Acrobat installed on your system, you should have pdfmaker. In word, there is a toolbar for it.

Thanks for your help BenRowe, that got things working. Wonder if they'll fix that glitch in a future release.

I am having the same problem Achmed is having but I have tried to convert to PDF both ways....via print and via the convert to PDF button. Both ways, the email addresses are not working. Can anyone help?
