word - template, how do i create a table 2

Hi !
Could anyone explain me how a word template is made ?
I want my template to have a table (or few) and a certain font size/color at each location of that table.

simply create the document the way you wish it to be.

Save As with the extention .dot

now you have a template.....

And you use a template (.DOT) file by cloning it with File > New.
