When i use tables they can use full width but only about 75% height, any way so it can use 100% of the space?

Also can i auto fix the table so each cell use same proportions?

A table can be as long as you like, spread over many pages. What do you mean by 75% or 100%? % of what?

And I'm not sure about your second question either; sorry! You can set all columns to the same width but that isn't quite what you're asking.

Enjoy,
Tony

I want it to have 100% height of the page.
I have set a table to include 2 rows and 4 columns, however when i try and drag the table to include the whole page the 2nd row goes to a new 2nd page.

And each cell of the table can have its own width, and gets larger if text spans, but is there a way to set so all cells have same size meaning all columns gets 25% width of the table.

The reason you can't go to the absolute top and/or bottom of the page is because Word allows space for Headers and Footers. You can override this in one of two ways. The easiest is perhaps to set the top and bottom page margins to zero. Alternatively you can set Text wrapping on the table to "Around" after which you can drag the table or position it through the Table Properties dialog exactly where you want it.

You can fix cell size (or stop it automatically resizing) under the Table Properties > Table tab > Options. Uncheck automatically resize to fit contents.

Enjoy,
Tony

Excellent, but since i unchecked auto resize the table has kept its weird proportions, any way i can resize all cells to have same size?

You can specify cell size in the Table Properties Dialog. On the Row and Column tabs. The row height can be set to "Exactly" whatever you want. The Column width has a "preferred" width which Word can override but shouldn't if you have the page full. You can set a width (not just a preferred one) in VBA if you really need to.

Or you can just click and drag the borders.

Enjoy,
Tony
