Word Problem

Hi,
I have installed Metaframe XPa in W2000 server SP3.
I have published Word, and when clients connect to it and try to write a document a black line appears and can not see what they are writing, like it was selected.
And if they minimize the application, Word disappears and can not restore it.
Do you know what could be the reason???

Speedscreen.

Turn speedscreen off in the users client (program neighborhood, application set settings).

The only way to avoid the problem is to enable the local text echo in the server and the speedscreen on in the clients.
