I am Lotus Smartsuite 9.6 user with Windows 2000. Recently this error message appeares when I start using wordpro. The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000".The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program / Click on CANCEL to debug the program. This coused because Virus or PC problem. Can anyone solve my problem?

Word pro: wordpro.exe - Application Error

In my experience, most of these types of errors are related to your printer driver. Have you changed printers lately? Is your default printer a real printer or a fax driver? Could you install the HP Laserjet IIP driver and set it as default to test with? This driver comes with Windows, so it is easy to do.

Sue Sloan....Thank you for respone to my problem.I didn't change any printer or fax and I install the real printer driver. But know I getting this error:-
