Word printing apostrophe as 'g'

I haven't seen it myself but a friend says that whenever she has an apostrophe in a Word document it prints as a 'g', even though it is displayed correctly.
Any ideas anyone ?

Hi,

I can't say for sure, but it sounds like the printer driver is messing up. If you compare the bit string for apostrophy and lower case g...
[tt]
': 0[red]0[/red]10 0111
g: 0[red]1[/red]10 0111
[/tt]
For that reason, that's where I would look.

yeh, sounds likely

and if she prints an apostrophe from Notepad it should confirm that it's not a Word problem.
