Word Perfect 10 hesitation while typing

Running on Windows 2000 SP3 w/ Corel 2002 suite with Word Perfect SP3 and hotifx 4 applied. Fast typers are seeing a hesitation for typed words showing up on the screen. If I turn off prompt as you go the problem goes away. But this is not a solution since users want this option. Anyone have any ideas? "Only those who risk going too far

Bad Path statement caused this error. For some reason everytime you use a feature from the tool bar wordperfect checks the registry path.
