Hello,
is there a way how make a small number in a circle,
is any font or I must drow circle and then pitch the number into circle ??

thanks

Wingdings is one way to do what you want.

To see what I mean Click START >PROGRAMS >ACCESSORIES >SYSTEM TOOLS >CHARACTER MAP

This utility lets you see all the Characters within a Character Set (Font)

If you then scroll down to WINGDINGS you'll see numbers in circles, along with a lot of other useful characters.

I your're not sure how to get them into Word, Click HELP, it explains it better than I.

Word has a built-in way of accomplishing the same thing (but the character map is a good thing to know for Excel!):

Insert-Symbol.
Choose Wingdings...
