Word Margins are not being saved

I have a user who designed and saved Word Documents. We installed a new PC. Using the same printer and same version of Word. Now, when the user previews and prints her documents, they are cut off on the left and bottom. I can view those same documents on my PC and they are just fine. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how to correct this? I can change the margins for the document on her PC and it will print fine but it will not save these new settings.
