Word mail merge through Acpac CRM

Is it possible to do a word mail merge through Accpac CRM?

Yes you can. What version of CRM? If you have version 6 chapter 8 of the user guide outlines how to do it.

Sorry. I gave you our Accpac version. We are using version 6 of CRM so I will go take a look at chapter 8.

I have created my merge template, but I dont seem to be able to get the merge info to flow throw to my document. If I select the option to merge «AddressBlock» for example nothing comes through. I can get it to merge when I use the option «pers_firstname» but even that does not work consistantly.
Any suggestions?
