Can anyone help or point me in the right direction.

I have been requested to create a file, basically a contract, that can not be printed, e-mailed, ammended or saved etc once the document is in place, if that makes sense.

Once the document is created and placed on a shared drive with various restrictions on access etc I do not want any user (other than admin) to be able to print, e-mail or make changes.

Any suggestions appreciated

Cheers

Dellboy, our HR department has those types of forms. They are created on a shared drive but access is restricted so that no one but these two people can print,e-mail, or make changes to any documents on this drive.

Cheers for the note but I do not want anyone to be able to print, e-mail or save any changes to the document at all end of story. I want the document to be read and that is it, no more no less.

Cheers
