Word Document Problem

Unable to view information in Word document. Document showing Format parameters. IT is an attachment in Outlook and has .doc extension. If other person who has the same version of windowsNT4.0 and office 2000 he is able to view it why am i getting this problem. If someone can help me for this. That would be greatly appreciated.

Go to View, Print Layout. Check your Tools, Options, View tab and make sure that field codes and placeholders are not checked.
