word document access denied, when change OS?

Hi all
I need some help I'm recibing a "access denied,when try to open a word document. The OS was Winxpp and the new one is Win 2000, but i put the doc on another pc with WinXP, but i keep recibing the massage?

How could i repair this files or let windows open it?

ACCESS DENIED is the error message, I think because i binding with some security issue from WindXP administrative
