Hello all

I have a funny one. Someone here at work as printed a document and there are quite a few instances where 2 letters have appeared on top of each other. Not sure if it's a Word problem or a printer problem. Anyone come across this before?

Thanks

M

This is usually a printer driver issue. Make sure that the user can see the printer across the network consistently and that there isn't an intermittant network problem. Try reinstalling the latest printer driver for the user.

If the file being printed is a merge file, it could be that your document type was changed to directory. The directory type will try to keep all merge fields on the same page and it the case of letters will jumble them together or on top of each other.
