Word cannot find the spelling file mssp 2_fr.lex for French

Having problems when spellcheck is running. Word cannot find the spelling file mssp 2_fr.lex for French (standard). After closing this error message, then the grammar message comes on, same error. After closing this error message, the English spellchecker runs and works....

Is this problem related to the Word settings on the workstation or is it with the document.

Thanks for your help on previous tips.
