Hello All:
I go into borders put a nice border around my paper go to print and the bottom of the border is gone. Brand new paper, paper size in normal, ect. Like I say I can see it on the monitor but not when I print or print preview.
Thanks RCT
Well in a different profile it will work fine on the same machine. I think there is something corrucpt in the profile but do not know how to track it down.

Check the printer driver setting. Some printers have a setting 'use maximum paper or use minimum margins' which reduces the size of the unprintable area sacrifing possible quality at the limits.
ok but why would it not show on the monitor on the preview???? Also as I mention different profile on the same machine and same printer works just fine....
You won't see in Print Preview what cannot be printed on the page. Word interrogates the printer driver in order to calculate the layout the page and in Print Preview to display how it should look when printed on paper. (This is principally the reason that Word won't work without a locally installed printer driver.)
So if you place anything in the non-printable area defined by the printer driver parameters, those bits won't show up in Print Preview or on the printed page. In other views, the layout is a compromise, so you usually see objects that anywhere o the page.
I can only guess that one profile is using a different default setup than the other profile. This is why I suggest looking at the Printer Setup to see if there is a 'use minimum margins' option.
