Word 97 Forms

I have a user who created a Word 97 on-line form. He is having the filled in form sent to him via the Send option in Word. He would like to take all of the data that was filled in on all of the forms and merge it into some type of easy to read file. He is expecting to receive over 100 completed forms. Is this possible? If so, how? <br>

I would set the input information sheet to a template utilizing fields. For this particular project, I would set the field type to a Database field which will then create a table of the info that can be used as a simple database. To research this more, under the help function in Word, Select Contents&index, type in the search work of Fields, and select Field Codes. good Luck!
