Word 2k Page Number Printing

Word 2k. I have page number and number of pages in my header. This all shows correctly on screen & print preview. When I print, instead of page 1 of 3, 2 of 3..., I get page 1 of 1, 2 of 2, 3 of 3.
This was working fine and evidently I changed something to do with the printer. I e-mailed this to a coworker and she printed it on her printer and it was fine.

Instead of using the "Number of Pages" button on the toolbar, insert the field by clicking Insert > Field > NumPages.

Thanks for the suggestion but it works when a co-worker prints it on her printer.

I'm not trying to be irritating, but are you certain that you and your co-worker have the same Service Release installed?

This is a known problem with Word 2k and it was fixed in a Service Release?

Thanks for your help. I checked "Reverse Print Order" and this gave me at least a short term fix. I am having a little trouble downloading sp1 but that will probably give me a permanent fix.
