I am having an issue with anything other than an 8.5 X 11 document printing correctly. I use Avery template 5202 to print file labels. It was working fine, then over a weekend, someone else used my computer, and now it doesn't work right. It now allows too many characters in the cell and is shifted to the left. If I reduce the number of characters in the line, it prints correctly except it is moved one cell down. It shows correctly on the screen, it just doesn't print correctly. I am having a similar issue printing envelopes with Stamps.com. Any idea what could have happened and what I can do to fix it?

hi,

Did you try to shut everything down and restart?

Thanks, Skip. I have rebooted the computer and the printer several times.

is Word somehow using a different Font/Size/Paragraph character spacing?
