Word 2003 Not Printing In Color

I have a user who has copied some charts from Excel and put them into a Word document. On the screen they look great and in color. When she prints the charts come out as BW. Any chart created right in Word comes out in color, it's just the charts copied from Excel.

Any ideas?

Does the print preview come out in colour?

Yes the preview is in color as well. I have tried two similar documents on three different color printers and two different PCs both running Office 2003. Everything looks great and in color until the pages come off the printer. Go figure?!
