Ok, I have been looking all over for this but I suspect I am thinking about this the wrong way. Here's the problem:
When one of my users enters in something in Word which will automatically be hyperlinked (such as an email or a web address)the hyperlink displays on the screen as :
"{ HYPERLINK: TEST@TEST.COM }" Or something very similar. On all the other machines in the office, this would display as a blue text of test@test.com which was hyperlinked. You can right-click on the text and "select hyperlink" which causes it to appear in the right way, but once you exit the document and open again, the text resets itself.
This stays the same through all the view modes, except for "Outline". Print preview views it correctly.
My instincts tell me that he has somehow turned on some code viewing option that I can't seem to find, but that has yielded me nothing. Any insight to this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
