Hello.
I am currently working on a survey created in Word. It has text boxes where users can enter information. It tends to be a longer survey, and many of the answers in the textboxes need to be repeated throughout the file. Is there a way to take data from one textboxt to another in a file and copy it automatically?

For example I type "transportation" in text box 1 on page #1. I need the word "transportation" to be duplicated in textbox 5 on page 3 automatically.

yes they can. see faq68-5299 and faq68-5300
