Hi
I have a huge problem in the MS Word 2002, inside the document on which I have been working hard for almost half year with daily work in averange 6 hours per day and Im much worried about it.
In the documents I have many pictures, so many that I cannot choose manually every single one - it could take entire day just for this. My problem is that pasted pictures most of times aren't shown. Usually I just don't see them. Sometimes (but very rare) it works well and I don't change any options. Also another times, they are shown but immediately when I go to mouse middle mouse button (going up or going down the document) pictures aren't shown anymore.
I have used google on this problem and, regarding to what I found, I can ensure you that:

- Tools\Options\Printing: drawing objects IS checked
- Tools\Options\View: picture placeholders is NOT checked
- Tools\Options\View: drawings IS checked

Hopefully I can get assist with this because my deadline to complete my project inside the document will come soon and, along many others subjects, I also have to do some modifications (and after them repaste them on the same position inside Word) but I cannot if I don't see the pictures within Word. If I print, it works perfectly and pictures are well shown. But I have to always (and not just sometimes) see them within Word too - all of them, not just few.

Please help.

Another thing you may wish to do is Compress your pictures in your document. Right click on an image in your document and click Compress button in the Picture Tab, have it apply to all pictures in the document, change the resolution to Print, and click the options Compress Pictures & Delete cropped areas of pictures.

These will save you a lot of space and may allow you to see your pictures as well.
