I have a user with Office XP. They create a letter, then highlight the address at the top of the letter. Going under Tools>Letters and Mailing>/Envelopes and Labels... this is where the problem starts. She ends up with the entire letter being formatted for the envelope. Then an error saying that the margins are incorrect.
My temp work around was to create a new document, copy and paste the name and address and repeat above for just printing the envelope. Then... the next problem occured. For some reason it was omitting the name on the envelope. It would appear Envelopes and Labels box, but not get printed. Work around... enter a blank line then the name then the address. I have attempted to re-create her problem on my computer, and have NO problems like this. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office XP with no luck. Any ideas?

Problem solved... yet another instance of a corrupt normal.dot Get rid of the template, got rid of the problem.
