Word 2000 create temp files when saving

Hello,

Word 2000 keeps creating temp files when saving the document. It created duplicate temp files. Anyway to disable it from WORD? Thanks

Do you mean, it creates temporary files that aren't removed when you close Word?

exactly! It created temp files when closing WORD. Any thoughts about it? Thanks again!

It's definitely not working normally. Consider unistalling Word and re-installing it. Or you could post the name of the files, in the hope that someone can get a clue from that.
