Won't run, ODD file error

When someone tries to run Platinum (after crash during check printing) it gives two consecutive errors:

- Can't find ODD variable in resources
Click OK then
- Could not init ODD file table

Any ideas?

Doug,

If you do not have client customisation, try re-installing the client software on the machine that generates the error. Sounds simple, but odd files are only located on the client and are started up with the application exe file (in your case ap.exe)

Make sure existing files are overwritten with the originals.
