Won't connect to another NT Server, even after I load the Agent

I can't get back up exec 8.5 to see the shares on any of the other NT servers. I have loaded the Agent & every thing else that is on the CD. Still no joy, any one who has ever has this problem?? It see's the default c$ on the workstations, but on no servers...

The remote backup account must be a domain administrative or local administrative
account. It must be able to login as a service and the Remote Registry Service
must be started on the remote computer.

You must buy extra licenses for the remote agents for windows Nt/2000. For each server (other than the server with the backup server installation) you want to backup you need a license. 3 licenses is $ 1200,00. I had the same problem.
